One of CE®’s priorities is to respect the privacy of its users and strive to keep the information it collects secure. This notice may change in the future, if so you will be notified in a timely manner in the Privacy Notice section. 1. Personal data that we request.

At CE®, we collect information from several areas of our Web sites. For each of these sites, the information requested is different and is stored in separate databases.

The information must be truthful and complete. The user will be responsible at all times for the data provided and in no case CE® will be responsible for them. Among the information requested from the user on the website is:

  • Last name.
  • E-mail address.

2. What are “Cookies” and how are they used?

Prevention and containment measures in accordance with current industry best practices have been incorporated into the security of the site in order to safeguard the information contained in our databases as much as possible.

No transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Once we receive the data, we will do everything possible to safeguard its security in our systems. CE® does not sell or rent the information of its registered users. 10. Protection of personal data.

We recommend that you do not disclose your personal information, including usernames and passwords, to anyone. CE® will not request your password in any unsolicited phone calls or unsolicited mail messages. At all times, you are solely and ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your user/member number, personal password, access key and confidential number with which you access the services and content of our websites.

To reduce the risks, CE® recommends that users log out of their account and close their browser window when they have finished their activity, especially if they share their computer with someone else or use a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet café.

11. Confidentiality for minors.

CE® does not request personally identifiable information from minors. Children should always ask their parents for permission before sending personal information to another online user.

12. Acceptance of terms.
